The deformation of the conical spring is not equal compression of the pitch of the large and small ends. Because the small end spring is rigid and the large end spring is rigid, the deformation of the large conical spring end is larger than the small end. The ratio of the deformation of the large and small ends is proportional to the third power of the pitch diameter of the large and small ends of the spring. Because the pitch diameter of the friction steam spring is different at each height of the conical spring, its deformation is complex and difficult to simulate correctly.
If the correct simulation is not required, the deformation assembly can be realized as long as the variable pitch helix is set. Note that the torsion scanning method can not be used to build the spring model of the valve spring, because the torsion scanning method cannot make the conical
